Description

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking reservation platform
  • Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
  • Provide solutions to reservation discrepancies
  • Review transactions and process refunds/payments as required and maintain the tracking logs
  • Assist with Parking Permit duties and staff relief
  • Perform reservation admin duties as directed
  • Generating and submitting reports according to the deadlines

Working Conditions:


  • Saturday and Sunday
  • Hours 10am6pm

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 23 years of customer service experience is required
  • Strong English communication skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedback
  • Proven customer serviceoriented attitude
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
  • Ability to work comfortably using Word, Excel and technology and computers in general
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • A strong team player who can work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Resultsoriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16 per week
