Reservation Clerk - Mississauga, Canada - Indigo Park Canada Inc
Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking reservation platform
- Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
- Provide solutions to reservation discrepancies
- Review transactions and process refunds/payments as required and maintain the tracking logs
- Assist with Parking Permit duties and staff relief
- Perform reservation admin duties as directed
- Generating and submitting reports according to the deadlines
Working Conditions:
- Saturday and Sunday
- Hours 10am6pm
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 23 years of customer service experience is required
- Strong English communication skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedback
- Proven customer serviceoriented attitude
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
- Ability to work comfortably using Word, Excel and technology and computers in general
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- A strong team player who can work independently with mínimal supervision
- Resultsoriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
