'''Duties'''- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu items
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the dining experience
- At least two year experience in a restaurant management role or similar position
- Previous experience in the kitchen
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle highpressure situations with calmness and professionalism
- Experience with POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Proven ability to interview, hire, train, and develop staff members
- Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service
Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
