We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing MSP and MSSP organization in Canada.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling a wide range of IT and security services to businesses in various industries throughout North America.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Understand the needs and requirements of potential customers and match them with appropriate products and services
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospects and clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and new products and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to grow the company's client base
  • Resolving any issues or concerns that clients may have in a timely and effective manner
  • Working closely with other teams within the company, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that clients are receiving the best possible service
The product and services portfolio will include but not be limited to:

  • Managed Cyber Security Services
  • Managed IT Services
  • Professional Compliance / Cyber Security Services

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, computer science)
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the IT and/or security industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus
Must be able and available to travel in Canada and to the US as / when required

Compensation:
Base salary, plus commission. Base salary will be commensurate with experience.
