Position Description
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Finance Assistant - Accounts Receivable.

Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the Finance Assistant (AR) will be the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, customer support for billing and collections of accounts receivables.

In this role, you are accountable for handling both hospital and corporate department billings including the preparation and posting of invoices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to monthly reconciliation of CAMH billings and collections of all past due accounts as well as the aging of outstanding receivables.

You will assist with completing of Month end and Year end closing of sub-ledgers and assist with internal and external audit preparations.

Assigned projects and other tasks related to Accounts Receivable, and other Cash Administration Services as required.

This position is located at 1001 Queen Street West.


Qualifications

Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Please Note:
This full-time, permanent position is part of the OPSEU Bargaining Unit.


Salary Range:
$ $34.91 per hour
