Under the national supervisor of inventory integrity's supervision, the incumbent's main function will be to update and inspect the Master Group distribution centre's inventories.


What you will accomplish with us:

  • Track inventory cycle counts
  • Follow up on inventory differences confirmed by the warehouse (bin counts) and be responsible for carrying out the necessary research and adjustments
  • Follow up on errors related to transfers and customer orders
  • Check inventory differences and make the necessary adjustments
  • Track inventory with an unavailable status and make the needed status changes
  • Carry out annual physical inventory preparation, confirm differences and make adjustments

What You Bring to Our Team:

  • High school diploma
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience driving a lift truck driving (reach and counterbalance)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

  • Good knowledge of French and an intermediate knowledge of English
  • Understanding of virtual stock movements to balance inventories
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge/understanding of ERP and WMS software (SX Enterprise, TWL) (an asset)
