Client Acquisition & Sales
- Responsible for acquiring new clients, including institutional investors, highnetworth individuals, and cryptocurrency funds
- Actively seek out potential clients and build relationships
- Sell relevant software and Software-AsaService products
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients are they are onboarded
- Serve as the main point of contact, addressing client inquiries, providing market insights, and ensuring client satisfaction
Trading Execution
- Oversee the execution of largevolume cryptocurrency trades on behalf of clients
- Work closely with traders and brokers to ensure smooth trade execution
Market Analysis
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments, and market sentiment
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to clients, helping them make informed investment decisions.
Risk Management
- Collaborate with risk management teams to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with OTC cryptocurrency trading
Sales Strategy Development
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and business development initiatives
- Identify new markets, explore partnerships, and propose innovative approaches to attract and retain clients.
- At 23 years of experience in sales, business development, and customer support
- Secondlanguage speaking is definitely an asset
- Sound knowledge of encryption, security protocols, and compliance standards (such as PCI DSS)
- Proven experience in Web3 and Defi is required
- You can pivot on the fly. Crypto is constantly evolving, so our priorities do, too. What you worked on last month may not be what you work on today, and that excites you. You're not looking for a boring job.
- Able to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients
- Have success in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Able to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year
