Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure ("CC&L Infrastructure") is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our rapidly growing and dynamic team.

CC&L Infrastructure is a leader in the North American infrastructure sector.

What You'll Be Doing


In the role of Office Manager, you will be responsible for handling a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks, providing general executive and administrative support to the Managing Directors of the leadership team and overseeing a number of administrative projects to support the growth of the business.

The Office Manager will work closely with the Managing Directors and support the broader infrastructure team on a range of internal projects and initiatives.

The Office Manager will need to exercise sound judgement, complete tasks reliably and efficiently and be comfortable multi-tasking. If you have excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced environment, this role could be a great fit for you


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daytoday operations of the Toronto Office for the CC&L Infrastructure team.
  • Coordinating various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times.
  • Providing executive support to four Managing Directors based in Toronto.

Specifically, you will assist with:

  • Scheduling and organizing internal and external meetings.
  • Arranging all travel logistics, bookings and reservations.
  • Coordinating interviews for new hires within the business and managing the new hire process.
  • Coordinating materials required for meetings.
  • Recording meeting minutes and coordinating action items/next steps as required.
  • Working with the leadership team on business initiatives and other projects, such as organizing offsites, arranging site visits and coordinating team activities.
  • Compiling internal presentations and materials for regular team meetings.
  • General administrative duties and ad hoc projects.

What You Bring

Industry Experience: At least five years of experience working in an executive support/administration role. Experience/interest in the investment industry is an advantage.

Time Management: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and the ability to work flexibly, under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable:You are dependable and able to maintain matters of confidentiality.

Clear Communication:You possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, where you are able to articulate yourself clearly and work well with others to resolve issues.

Interpersonal Skills: You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build healthy working relationships at all levels within the firm.

Positive Attitude: You are resourceful, motivated, and prepared to "roll up your sleeves". You are a quick-learner who is able to work independently on the management and execution of tasks.

Technology:You possess proficient working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, communication, and video conferencing platforms.
