Responsibilities:
- Identifying and fulfilling talent needs (through recruitment, primarily)
Maintaining ethical hiring practices and aligning with the regulatory environment
Training and preparing new employees for their role.
Providing training opportunities (internal training, educational programs, conferences, etc.) to keep employees up to date in their respective fields.
Research and contribute new ideas on best-practices for new and existing programs.
Handle all sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Assist office staff with administrative duties as required.
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Manage incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources & recruitment
- Experience in providing functional leadership to a team.
- Must possess an indepth understanding of HR processes, practices and legislation; the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical staff, along with problem solving, project management and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask without supervision.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a positive team environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills
