We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Coordinator with recent ADP Workforce Now experience to join our team

:40 West Wilmot Street, Richmond Hill, ON

full time, on-site


Salary

Required Hours at our Richmond Hill Office:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5pm


Job responsibilities:


  • Process payroll for full time staff
  • Manage ROE, T4, RL1, and other payroll taxrelated forms
  • Facilitate employee benefits and WSIB administration
  • Handle employee records and files
  • Verify and update timecards
  • Collector and company's licensing administration, renewal, and cancellation
  • Assist with yearend external audit
  • Other tasks, as required

Required:


  • Excellent knowledge of ADP Workforce, 5 years +
  • CPA (certified payroll administrator)
  • Benefits Administration, 5+ years
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
  • Previous work experience with QuickBooks and Sage 300 is an asset.
