Position Overview

You will perform the following duties:

Help customers by phone.
Ability to correspond proficiently in a formal and professional manner with customers.
Care for our customers by delivering a high level of service.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Advanced computer skils
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is considered an asset
Good timemanagement skills
Great interpersonal and communications skills
Exceptional customer service is considered an asset
Good reading and writing is a necessity.
Must be able to follow detailed instructions and follow through independently.
An overall positive and professional demeanour

Position Details

This is a full

- time role. Work days include Monday-Saturday for a fulltime position.

Lots of flexibility within this role
This is an hourly position, wage will be discussed in the interview.
