Job Purpose


Support Sales Force Effectiveness team in designing and monitoring Sales Force Incentive (SFI) plans, including target setting and special incentive programs.

This student will also help to support Sales Force Analytics as required with call planning and analysis.


Details (Your Responsibilities):


  • Support the strategy design and modification of the Sales Force Incentive plans (i.e. Sales Bonus plans) for all sales roles within each promoted brand, ensuring adherence to global policy and regional guidance
  • Help create and qualitycheck sales targets across 8+ products in 4 therapeutic areas (Respiratory, Oncology, Vaccines, Spec Care)
  • Communicating SFI plans and targets to the sales force across all brands through well designed and formatted PowerPoint and Excel documents
  • Assist with key SFI publications and reports, through 3rd party SFI support (Axtria), such as Performance Tracker reports, PowerBI dashboards, and other quality checks
  • Assist with sales force analytics as required, such as call planning and territory mapping, adhoc analyses (ROI analyses, Impact analyses, crossfunctional team support & consultation, etc.)
