Job Description:
The Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for preparing and implementing loss prevention policies and procedures to prevent theft, fraud, processing and systems errors, while maintaining a safe and pleasant working and shopping environment.
The role will build Loss Prevention training programs, including e-learning programs for the Fulfillment Center, retail store, and HQ Studio.
This role will oversee and coordinate the implementation of new and existing Loss Prevention processes.RESPONSIBILITIES
LOSS PREVENTION POLICIES & PROGRAMS (60%)
- Write and develop content for Loss Prevention policies and procedures for implementation
- Ensure corporate communication is sent to impacted departments
- Implement, standardize, maintain ongoing improvement of SSENSE Loss Prevention programs
- Develop and deliver LP Training and elearning programs to new employees in order to reduce theft, fraud, processing and systems errors
- Report weekly progress on deliverables and projects to Director of Asset Protection
DEPARTMENT SUPPORT (30%)
- Assist the Director of Asset Protection to implement department vision and goals
- Participate in daily meetings with the Fulfillment Center
- Assist with cycle counts to validate inventory accuracy and net shrink
- Participate in special Loss Prevention projects, as needed
AUDITS & COMPLIANCE (10%)
- Conduct audits, surveys to validate adherence to LP policies and procedures
- Implement loss prevention audits as needed to meet SSENSE standards; providing final oversight of audit execution
- Consistently communicate with Facility, Retail and Warehousing leadership to drive awareness on all LP initiatives
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 23 years of related experience in a fastpaced retail and warehousing environment
- 2+ years experience in building training, loss prevention performance management program
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of the Google Suite; (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
