About the Position:

This role is primarily responsible for the general cleaning to ensuring that Hazelview Properties is the preferred landlord of choice.

Providing the residents with a Clean building they are proud of to call home and ensuring that Hazelview Properties is the preferred landlord of choice.

This is a full-time roaming position in Halifax, at the buildings required.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the apartment complex is maintained and cleaned in accordance with company standards
Responsible for helping get units "rent ready" on turnover when necessary
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Exposure to multiresidential or other related industry asset class would be an asset
WHMIS certification would be an asset
Proficient with use of basic cleaning equipment
Physically able to carry up to 50lbs
Vehicle

Qualifications:

A demonstrated high degree of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work and act independently using good judgment
Selfmotivated individual with a "cando" and "no task is too big or too small" attitude
Superior organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask/prioritize and work under tight timelines
Excellent problemsolving capabilities

Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
