Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Setter to join our team.

As a Setter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to setting up and preparing equipment, machinery, and materials for various projects.

This role requires proficiency in using power tools, reading schematics, and following instructions to ensure accurate and efficient setup.

Responsibilities:

Set up and prepare equipment, machinery, and materials according to project specifications
Use power tools and hand tools to assemble, install, or adjust components
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings to understand setup requirements
Follow instructions from supervisors or project managers to ensure accurate and efficient setup
Inspect equipment and materials for defects or damage, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
Collaborate with team members to coordinate setup activities and ensure smooth project execution
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Setter or in a similar role is preferred
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
Knowledge of masonry techniques and heavy equipment operation is a plus
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
