Description

Pacific First Aid Ltd. in Vancouver, BC is seeking motivated and organized individuals. This position will be responsible for warehouse shipping and receiving operations.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and work closely with internal departments for the smoothness of daily operations;
Ensure stock flow accuracy and stock locations are timely and properly recorded;
Liaise with external and internal parties in daily stock handling operations;
Rationalize the layout and management of the warehouse, plan the storage space and adjust the position;
Execute daily pick and pack order, and monitor order completion progress;
Pack and build kits;
Reduce the dead stock and optimal routing of stock picking;
Work with online retail platforms;
Support the Management to set up guidelines and redesign workflow for continuous improvement in efficient operation;
Responsible for the safety and protection of goods and personnel in the warehouse;
Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

High school diploma
Fluency in English
Ability to lift/carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds, climb ladders without assistance
Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Analytical and detailminded with decent problemsolving skills
Comfortable working in a cooler environment
Good command of MS office
Previous warehouse experience as an asset

ADDITIONAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Ability to operate a powered pallet jack and/or forklift
Previous experience in a produce related field or wholesale field as an asset
Fluency in second language is an asset

Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts on Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $ $21.00/hour.
