Parks Waste Collectors are
Accountable:

  • Safely operate company vehicles in public parks and on the road
  • Ensure the cleanliness of city parks
  • Cleaning and changing litter bins
  • Litter picking
  • Disposing of refuse
  • Ensure accurate reporting for each stop
  • Be punctual and always wear your PPE

Parks Waste Collectors are
Determined:

  • Able to lift up to
    80lbsconsistently
  • Able to work in inclement weather in dirty environments

Parks Waste Collectors are
Genuine:

  • Actively communicate with clients, coworkers, and the public
  • You have organizational skills and proven ability to complete projects within acceptable timeframes and deal with competing demands.
  • You possess demonstrated communication skills to provide information and direction to staff and colleagues.
  • You have interpersonal and customer service skills to deal with clients, staff, and park visitors.
  • You demonstrate an ability to work with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Parks Waste Collectors are
United:

  • Learning from your coworkers, asking questions
  • Sharing your skills and experiences

Starting wage of $ 20/hour

  • Extended Health Benefits, Bonuses and RRSP Matching available
  • Must be available 7 days a week for shifts that start at 5am
  • Steel toed boots required.
  • Class 5 Driver's License and clean abstract required.
  • Start Anticipated Date : April 4 or April 11
