In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

This is a hybrid paid position for the duration of May to September._

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work on Argus Enterprise valuation software to provide support in the internal valuation and external appraisal review processes
Assist with the creation of annual operating budgets and business plans
Conduct market research, reports and analysis to support valuations, leasing and investment decisions
Perform tenant covenant reviews for lease transactions
Liaise with internal teams including Leasing, Property Management, Investments, Development and Accounting to manage the portfolio and drive returns
Special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently enrolled in university, ideally in a business or real estate related degree and
planning to return to school fall 2023:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Argus experience is an asset
Detailoriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
