Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Understand client needs and develop strategies to meet their goals
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on account status and address any concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business development opportunities
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
  • Prepare reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and revenue projections

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
-
3+ working experience in account management or sales role
-
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills:
  • Proficiency in
    Mandarin (required):
  • Ability to
    analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market trends
  • Demonstrated ability to
    negotiate contracts and close sales deals
