Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Understand client needs and develop strategies to meet their goals
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on account status and address any concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business development opportunities
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
- Prepare reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and revenue projections
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

3+ working experience in account management or sales role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills: - Proficiency in
Mandarin (required): - Ability to
analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market trends - Demonstrated ability to
negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
