Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


The Grocery and Retail Merchandising Ops team directly impacts our clients objectives of improving the grocery shopping experience in the US and Canada.

This team reports up through the Central Operations organization for US&C Grocery and Retail.


What You'll Do:

  • Monitor the quality of searches and submit tickets for identified issues to be resolved
  • Collaborate with Catalog team on catalogue quality and seasonal occasions
  • Build, deploy, and refresh inapp curated suraces and item collections
  • Support analysis of item collections and offers to track conversion and impact
Overall project management of restaurant online business


Experience:


  • Proven experience in supervising a call center or customer service team
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Proficiency in project management and multitasking
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
$35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Work Location:
In person
