Shift Management: Efficiently plan and oversee shifts for healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal coverage.

On-Call Coordination: Manage on-call shifts, updating staff availability promptly to meet facility needs.

Communication Excellence: Effectively liaise with staff, management, and external stakeholders.

After-Hours Availability: Respond to after-hour calls and address emergent staffing issues.

Reporting: Prepare reports for senior managers to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Experience:
