Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Scheduling technicians
  • Sourcing, ordering and organizing parts
  • Managing subcontractors as necessary
  • Acting as first point of contact for customers
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Job site safety
  • Invoicing work completed
  • Forecasting labour requirements
  • Directly lead technicians and support staff

Requirements:


  • We cannot stress enough that strong computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software programs and procedures is a critical and nonnegotiable skill required for this job
  • Comfort in a fastpaced and constantly changing working environment
  • Ability to produce consistent quality of work under pressure
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems through meticulous planning and careful execution with little to no oversight or direction
  • Great attention to detail
  • A team player with excellent written/verbal communication skills (English)
  • Strong consideration will be given to individuals with experience in any/all of the following areas:
  • Management & Leadership
  • Health and safety
  • Automotive, mechanical, or electrical parts
  • Power generation
  • Postsecondary education or equivalent work experience is an asset

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
