Responsibilities:


  • Develop, write and communicate test plans
  • Oversee all testing activities, all members involved in testing, and ensure that aggressive deadlines are met
  • Develop, configure and/or manage test tools and templates
  • Direct the analysis of documentation and technical specifications
  • Create test cases, test scripts, and perform testing

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 10 years of direct experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for large and complex IT projects
  • Expert at developing test plans, evaluating test scripts and putting them to use
  • Solid knowledge of software development life cycles, testing processes, testing techniques and test automation
  • Experience working in agile and hybrid projects
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, management, and communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to projectbased work structures
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience in implementing SaaS cloud solutions would be an asset.
