Brant Corrosion Control a division of the TF Warren Group is looking for a Division Manager to add to the teamThe Division Manager oversees the daily operations for the business unit and ensures the unit achieves company goals.
Essential
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for business unit
- Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements
- Ensure policies and procedures that support business processes are implemented
- Oversee all purchasing: including the evaluation of key investments in equipment and talent
- Work within approved budget while developing and implementing cost saving measures while contributing to overall profits and revenue of the organization
- Oversee key hiring, talent development and performance management programs
- Oversee business unit's safety program to create a culture that prioritizes effective health & safety practices
- Responsible for identifying and meeting training requirements for staff
- Set regular performance objectives and communicate them to plant staff
- Identify and assess future and current training needs
- Develop systems that track and optimize productivity and performance targets
- Recruit, manage and develop plant staff
- Work in accordance with all applicable legislation, company policies and ISO standards
- High school education with preference for postsecondary education in relevant field
- 10+ years' experience in a similar role in a relevant industry
- Proficiency with computers and strong skill Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Results driven, selfstarter is essential
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Conscious of quality standards, customer service and safety legislation
This is an in office position, no remote or hybrid options.

Salary:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
