Description

Brant Corrosion Control a division of the TF Warren Group is looking for a Division Manager to add to the team

The Division Manager oversees the daily operations for the business unit and ensures the unit achieves company goals.

Essential

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations for business unit
Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements
Ensure policies and procedures that support business processes are implemented
Oversee all purchasing: including the evaluation of key investments in equipment and talent
Work within approved budget while developing and implementing cost saving measures while contributing to overall profits and revenue of the organization
Oversee key hiring, talent development and performance management programs
Oversee business unit's safety program to create a culture that prioritizes effective health & safety practices
Responsible for identifying and meeting training requirements for staff
Set regular performance objectives and communicate them to plant staff
Identify and assess future and current training needs
Develop systems that track and optimize productivity and performance targets
Recruit, manage and develop plant staff
Work in accordance with all applicable legislation, company policies and ISO standards

Essential Qualifications

High school education with preference for postsecondary education in relevant field
10+ years' experience in a similar role in a relevant industry
Proficiency with computers and strong skill Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Results driven, selfstarter is essential
Excellent organization and time management skills
Conscious of quality standards, customer service and safety legislation

Salary:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
