Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Perform fitting and assembly work in accordance with specifications
  • Utilize welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal structures
  • Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
  • Rig and move heavy materials using forklifts and other equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
  • Fabricate and install ductwork as needed

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in welding techniques
  • Experience with power tools and hand tools
  • Ability to rig heavy materials safely
  • Forklift operation skills
  • Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
  • Familiarity with machining processes
  • Strong ability to fabricate metal components accurately

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:


  • Welding: 2 years (preferred)
