In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors to our showroom, playing an indispensable role in shaping the exceptional retail experience that BB Italia and Cassina are renowned for.

This role is tailor-made for individuals who possess an unwavering attention to detail, possess a passion for hospitality, and are dedicated to crafting unforgettable experiences for our discerning clientele.

What you do (among other things):

Extend a warm and professional greeting to clients in our showroom, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
Serve as a proud ambassador of the Elte brand, embodying our values in every interaction.
Become a trusted resource for walkin clients seeking information about BB Italia and Cassina, assisting them with showroom navigation, care guidelines, and the ordering process.
For clients seeking indepth assistance, match them with an available Product Specialist or schedule return appointments to provide dedicated support.
Keep track of showroom foot traffic and seize opportunities by gathering contact information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Provide timely and professional responses to all client inquiries, both written and verbal.
Maintain a pristine and inviting showroom environment by regularly dusting displays, restocking amenities, and upholding showroom and maintenance standards.
Contribute to the success of product launches, instore events, product evenings, activations, and designer hosting.
Ensure the selling floor is wellsupplied with essential items such as shopping bags and wrapping paper to facilitate seamless operations.
Develop introductory knowledge across all product categories in the permanent collections, including BB Italia, BB Outdoor, Maxalto, and Cassina.
Uphold our brand image by consistently maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to brand dress and grooming guidelines.
