We are looking for skilled cooks Belleville's is a high volume, fast paced kitchen.

Duties will include preparing mise-en-place, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness, and executing menu items. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. We are not on Skip the Dishes, Doordash, or any delivery services. We currently have openings for both day and night cooks. Opening shifts start between 6:30-8am, and closing shifts go until midnight.

Responsibilities:

*Communicate effectively with all departments

*Ensure proper station mise-en-place at the start and end of shift

*Ensure all menu items are prepared to quality standards and sent within a timely matter
*Assist with all aspects of food preparation
*Monitor the quality of food received in the kitchen and ensure proper standards of food rotation and storage are met
