The Position:
We are looking for a highly capable IT Generalist to provide technical assistance to our staff.

In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.

The IT Generalist will work out of our Ottawa (Kanata) office, reporting to the IT Manager.

Requirements:

Technical background with computers
Troubleshoot, repair, software installation
Mac knowledge a plus
Ability to maintain several areas of responsibility
Dynamic thinker & problemsolver
Knowledge of Intune, JAMF or other solutions a plus

Responsibilities:

Internal IT Support Desk
Supporting internal clients with IT requirements and issues
Triage and escalation where necessary
Client on call support
Afterhours/weekends
Rotating shifts
Low call volume
Hardware maintenance
Laptops, tablets, allinone devices
Computer imaging & deployment for client devices
Server maintenance and monitoring
Shipping support
