A Bread Affair is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the Human Resources team as a part-time Human Resources Coordinator.

If you are a self-starter and able to manage complex priorities in a professional, efficient and timely manner in an environment with frequent interruptions and mínimal supervision; you are adaptable and excel in an environment where teamwork is required to meet departmental and organizational goals, this opportunity may be right for you.

Wage:
$23-$27/hr**
Reporting to Management, we are looking for someone who can perform the follow duties:

Prepare new hire paperwork
Development of job descriptions and other human resource functions, such as development of an employee handbook and liaising between Team Leads and staff.
Assist leadership in dealing with Worksafe claims

Required Skills:

2 years of recruiting experience working in a fastpaced environment
High school graduation or equivalent, plus completion of a postsecondary certificate in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
Have sound knowledge of principles and practices of administration, organization, planning, and records management.
Proficient knowledge in Word, Adobe, and excel
Can ensure confidentiality, to establish and maintain effective working relationships, function as a team member.
Be attentive to detail will be crucial for your success in this role.
Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
