Primary Function:
Assist the Human Resources department with daily operations and workload. Being a point-of-contact for HR appointments and employee direction.
Shadowing and assisting members of the HR department to gain the knowledge and understanding of the different areas of scope.
Working Procedure:
- Scanning and filing of HR and employee related documents
- Setting appointments and directing employee inquires to the appropriate Point of Contact
- Onboarding and orientating newjoiners
- Take meeting minutes and detailed notes
- Assist in various aspects of recruitment such as screening, interviewing, and selecting
- Submit tickets and cases for various scenarios to HR Global Services
- Assist with the creation and monitoring of Alstom policies and procedures
- Maintenance of employee files
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Pursuing a Post-Secondary education in Business at a College or University, Majoring in Human Resources.
