DLL Canada invites you to share in our success by joining our team. This contract will be for 12-18 months.


Day to day:


  • Communications
  • Build a holistic communications plan and annual roadmaps, develop messaging, digital marketing strategies, and KPIs across channels, for both internal and external content while working with senior management on change management communications.
  • Brand manager for Canada
  • Ensure Canadian communications are in line with brand guidelines and review items as required while collaborating with the GBU & Group Marketing teams to create awareness across the Canadian Region, Global Business Units, and Corporate Centre.


  • Event Support

  • Customer event logistics support for Sales and support DLL Canada all member meetings, regional kickoffs offs, and similar events by cocreating presentation materials, slides, videos etc., while assisting global participants with local event logistics and support
  • Websites & Social Media
  • Maintain the local sites and manage translations as required. Manage Social media presence for the Canadian Region (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and provide local support for digital site analytics

Essentials:


  • Minimum of 23 years' experience in relevant marketing field in an international environment
  • Bilingual French/English is a strong preference
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus
  • Marketing background with proven experience in communications and project/event management and execution
  • Proactive and positive attitude, ability to work in dynamic and changing environment
  • Experienced in developing and executing integrated communication plans.
  • A demonstrated writer, proofreader, and editor with proven creative, innovative and analytical skills
  • Possess strong business acumen combined with excellent problemsolving, and judgement skills with the ability to determine the appropriateness of content for stakeholders.
  • Ability to convince others and build relationships across all levels
  • Ability to work independently, but selfmotivated to stay closely connected with a globally dispersed team.
  • Analytical and project management skills ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to work from home remotely/independently and in a virtual team environment
