We're looking for a Production Coordinator to take flight with us. This is an onsite position located at our Toronto office.


General Duties:


The Production Coordinator is responsible to ensure the efficient operation of the assigned project under direction from the Program Manager.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Ensure that all work complies with the quality requirements;
  • Maintain complete and accurate technical hand over.
  • Ensure all work cards are correctly completed;
  • Review and evaluate all nonroutine work;
  • Ensure that all personnel are trained, remain current and knowledgeable on applicable sections of the MMPM, QAPs and other relevant documents related to their work function;
  • Plan the daily workload according to the flow chart or schedule;
  • Assign work to technical personnel;
  • Plan and estimate corrective actions;
  • Prepare E requestions for procurement to order parts not in stock as required.
  • Ensure a safe and tidy working area;
  • Ensure the calibration programs are maintained in the areas under his authority
  • Ensure that all FAEL tooling and equipment assigned to the areas under his authority is maintained in serviceable condition;
  • Participate in the Quality Improvement Committee, as required.
  • Lead Daily Pre shift team brief and Tier 2 Meetings
  • Work closely with PM to assist with and provide inputs to required reports for the customer and EMT.

Education:


  • Graduate from University or College in Aerospace or Aircraft Maintenance.
  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License and asset.
  • Aerospace or equivalent experience.

Program Manager
