We're looking for a Production Coordinator to take flight with us. This is an onsite position located at our Toronto office.

General Duties:

The Production Coordinator is responsible to ensure the efficient operation of the assigned project under direction from the Program Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

Ensure that all work complies with the quality requirements;
Maintain complete and accurate technical hand over.
Ensure all work cards are correctly completed;
Review and evaluate all nonroutine work;
Ensure that all personnel are trained, remain current and knowledgeable on applicable sections of the MMPM, QAPs and other relevant documents related to their work function;
Plan the daily workload according to the flow chart or schedule;
Assign work to technical personnel;
Plan and estimate corrective actions;
Prepare E requestions for procurement to order parts not in stock as required.
Ensure a safe and tidy working area;
Ensure the calibration programs are maintained in the areas under his authority
Ensure that all FAEL tooling and equipment assigned to the areas under his authority is maintained in serviceable condition;
Participate in the Quality Improvement Committee, as required.
Lead Daily Pre shift team brief and Tier 2 Meetings
Work closely with PM to assist with and provide inputs to required reports for the customer and EMT.

Education:

Graduate from University or College in Aerospace or Aircraft Maintenance.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License and asset.
Aerospace or equivalent experience.
