Network Infrastructure
The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society.

Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.


Network Automation


As the complexity of the networks grows the need for automation in every aspect of management and control continues to increase.

Network Automation provides innovative, differentiated, and personalized solutions that enable our customers to meet their time, cost, performance, and quality objectives.


Network Services Platform (NSP) provides efficient ways to automate, optimize and assure network services across multiple network layers, physical/virtual infrastructure, as well as equipment from multiple vendors.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Assist in designing automation tools to retrieve, manipulate, collate, and present reporting data using Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) techniques with "drill down, what-if" analysis capabilities
  • Collaborate with Business Operations managers, Finance staff, testers, and users to refine requirements, develop, and test reporting automation solutions
  • Work in a collaborative, teambased Agile environment

What is Nokia looking for from me

You have:

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Solid programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, etc.)
  • Experience working with Excel at a master level, data management tools, and ETL
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and tools
  • Good presentation skills to "sell" your proposed solutions to team members and management

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, KNIME/Tableau/R/Alterix, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with database access (primarily Microsoft SQL) via interface APIs
