We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a wide variety of administrative tasks that support the unique needs of the Human Resources team and related departmental projects.
This role requires excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task and regularly adapt to changing priorities or interruptions to work-flow, while handling sensitive information confidentially.

- Provides administrative support and coordinates a variety of processes and programs including, service recognition, employee celebrations, wellness activities and HRIS data.
- Acts as first level resource for responding to queries from staff and legal professionals and redirects as appropriate; prepares employment letters and related correspondence.
- Supports annual programs such as salary administration and the preparation of the expense budget; conducts monthly expense reconciliation.
- Maintains records for vacation and scheduling for the HR department and Legal Support teams including preparing overtime reports.
- Drafts articles and posts on the Firm's intranet site; maintains the content of various HR and Legal Support pages.
- Directly supports a team of managers including organizing meetings and team events, making travel arrangements, managing expenses and preparing documents and revisions.

- Knowledge and Skills_
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Superior customer service orientation with a friendly, professional manner
- Solid writing/proofreading skills with ability to create reports and presentation materials
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Computer skills and proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Sharepoint is considered an asset
