, is seeking:

Heavy Equipment Operator
To work at our
KEARL ITA Project in the
Fort McMurray, AB area

SALARY:

Up to $40.37 per hour

OVERTIME:

After 8 hours in a day, or 40 hours in a week

START DATE:

TBD

SCHEDULE:
14 days on, 7 days off

HOURS PER DAY:
12 hours per day

PAY SCHEDULE:

Weekly Pay (Friday)

SHIFT:

Dayshift

ACCOMODATIONS:

Camp

DURATION:

Ongoing

WORK SCOPE:

Greenfield/Brownfield

Working Conditions:

Full-time, Temporary

Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

Must possess a valid and current Zoom Boom certificate, certificate for skid steer is considered an asset.

Must have Class 1 License with air brakes
:

Experience operating zoom boom, skid steer and loader.
Previous industrial construction experience
CSTS 2020 Certification

WHMIS 201

ESC Elevated Work Platform
ESC Fall Protection
Must have demonstrated ability to work under mínimal supervision

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment including rough terrain forklift, tandem axle site tractor, JLG's, Arial work platforms and zoom booms during construction related activities
Operate light equipment such as skid steer
Assist other tradesmen with the completion of their duties
Conduct preoperational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate and refill equipment.
Assist other tradesmen with the completion of their duties
Complete all required safety documentation
Working at heights and outdoors

Salary:

Up to $40.37 per hour
