OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Growth Hacker and Digital Marketing Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our brand through innovative digital marketing strategies, content creation, community engagement, and a passion for creative expression.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

Develop and execute creative strategies for user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Analyze data to identify key growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
Collaborate with product development and our science team to implement growth initiatives.
Develop Ideal Consumer Profile (ICP): research and validate Versos' ideal user profile and lead engagement strategies to acquire them as Versos users.
Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in generative AI, mixed reality, and 3D content development in games, film and advertising.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
25 years of relevant experience in growth hacking or digital marketing.
Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role in a startup tech environment preferably in the game industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. Google Analytics certification is required. Hubspot experience preferred.
Excellent writing skills.
Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
