Description

We build and install amazing visual projects for high profile clients (e.g., Lululemon, Arc'teryx, Browns Restaurants, etc.). Our specialities are custom architectural signs, metal fabrication, illuminated signs and interactive environments - everything we do is custom and no two projects are the same.
We are looking for a multi-skilled individual who can do a little bit of everything. Electritians with construction or fabrication experience would be ideal

As our Installer, you will be a key member of our growing business.

Specifically, we will look to you for:

Detailed site visits before a project starts you will be reviewing the project and recommending attachment methods, ensuring site access, etc.
Successfully installing our projects you will be on job sites attaching projects (drilling, bolting, glueing / taping, etc.), making electrical connections, occasional concrete work, etc. Our projects vary and there are always interesting challenges for you to solve
Responsibale for electrical work onsite and in the shop.
Representing TDH as a professional and friendly team member.
Interacting with our clients and providing them a consistently positive experience.
Communicating effectively with our team members and onsite contacts.
You will report to our installation manager, who has decades of experience in project installation he will provide support and coaching as required.

About you:

You are creative, innovative, precise, genuinely happy and caring
You are organized, work independently, and able to juggle multiple projects over the course of a week
You are able to adapt and find creative solutions when confronting difficult challenges
You have sign installation or construction experience (e.g., carpentry and basic electrical)
Electrical certifications (Class LO Field Safety Representative or better) is an asset (we will train if you don't have this)
Boom lift and fall protection certifications are an asset (we will train if you don't have this)
You have a valid class 5 driver's license
