Inside Sales Associate Part time in Atwood

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering first-class customer service by ensuring a seamless shopping experience from the moment customers enter the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction**:

  • Greet customers warmly and promptly upon entry, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate cash terminal proficiently, handling transactions, issuing receipts, and processing returns and exchanges.

Product Expertise:


  • Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on a wide range of department products.
  • Stay updated on new products and their features through Vendor and product knowledge training sessions.

Sales Objectives:


  • Actively participate in achieving sales objectives set by the Branch Leadership Team.

Promotions and Inventory:


  • Stay informed about current promotions and flyer prices.
  • Support cycle counts and inventory checks as directed by Management.

Store Maintenance:


  • Maintain floor plans to ensure a tidy and organized sales environment.
  • Keep checkout work areas clean, tidy, and clutterfree.

Compliance and Safety:


  • Adhere to policies and procedures related to loss prevention, product breakage, and health and safety regulations.

Additional Duties:


  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
