This position is an essential part of the School for Advanced Digital Technology's program quality assurance process with their activities being key to the facilitation of curriculum excellence.
You will be responsible for monitoring and processing change requests for existing programs as well as assisting with the launching of new programs/courses.
The Role:
- Maintain and manage the curriculum lifecycle of SADT's programs and courses
- Data management and process creation
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Support ongoing curriculum projects including program planning meetings
- Be a poweruser within of numerous curriculum and project management software
- Strong attention to detail and project
- Perform curriculum related research and analysis
- Provide curriculum lifecycle training (e.g. Curriculum 101) to internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum:
- Diploma or higher
Preferred:
- Degree, Diploma or certificate in data management, office administration, project management, curriculum
- 35 years industry experience
- Post-Secondary experience
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and project management including experience with project management software for tracking tasks and timelines.
- Strong computer skills including the following software: O365, web tools, desktop publishing, Banner, DigArc, Acalog, Curriculog, D2L Brightspace
- Knowledge of SAIT templates.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
