Receptionist
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms and appointments.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Assist other departments with administrative support tasks as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
High school diploma or equivalent
