The Automation CAD Hub is a diverse team of talented and dynamic individuals' part of a greater Automation team who have fun delivering automation solutions that enhance the colleague and customer experience.
The team supports Canadian Personal Banking, Business Banking (including TDAF), Wealth, Credit Cards, TD Insurance, and Personal Banking Products partners.

- The accountabilities for the role include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain automated processes and Digital Workers in production; prepare schedules, allocate and oversee the efficient running of Digital Workers and monitor queues of incoming work
- Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and adhere to established SLA
- Support timely management of IA process, system and infrastructure issues
- Communicate to partners during BCM situations and escalate to appropriate teams
- Support project benefit realization by identifying opportunities to improve Digital Workeforce utilization
- Minimize risk in processes by effectively supporting deployments, software upgrades, and Digital Worker configuration
- Complete required Automation Lifecycle artifacts
- Provide thought leadership and participate in knowledge transfers within the team to support a positive work environment
- Follow best in class support principles and best support practices to achieve enhanced colleague experience
- Help validate digital workers process runs as required for technology implementation, software updates, new digital worker addition and planned maintenance activities
Job Requirements
Education/Accreditations:
Post secondary education, Computer Science degree an asset
Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Background in software delivery and experience with automation software (e.g., Blue Prism, RPA software) is an asset
- Strong critical thinking and ability to decompose complex concepts into simple and compelling messages
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to present technical details to a nontechnical audience
- Organizational awareness & the ability to balance the viewpoints of various business and technology teams

Additional Information:
Applicants must be flexible to work rotating schedules Monday to Friday primarily between the hours of 6:00 am to 8:00pm, and weekend (Saturday, Sunday) shift between 8am - 10am & 1pm - 3pm EST
