About You:

You're pretty smart, have savvy technical and communication skills, a strong will to learn and a desire to partner with and lead others in a highly collaborative sales and distribution environment.

Your computer skills are sharp and you're comfortable using social media.

You have a track record of elevating others by unlocking their true potential.

About the Role:

You will report to your Branch Manager, and under their guidance, you will:

Wow your customers and team with your good attitude and excellent customer service
Lead your team to success personally and professionally
Resolve customer issues determine the cause, provide a solution, make necessary adjustments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage inventory, maintain inventory levels that meet customer needs and annual turn goals
Implement and maintain pricing, providing direction on exceptions, large orders or adjustments
Oversee branch expenses, including inventory, freight, debit memos
Manage collections process and outstanding invoices
Grow your skills and career through business and personal development courses and activities
Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed
