Position Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will represent our company and interact with major clients. So, if you have excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude, we would like to meet you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage our key accounts portfolio
Managing a high volume of accounts with prioritization of proactively engaging in sales and retention discussions with clients
Achieve assigned revenue target by generating new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities
Monitor sales performance metrics
Create compelling business case presentations and return on investment analysis aimed at expanding sales opportunities and meet revenue targets
Work in collaboration with management team to share insights and assist in development of strategic integrated proposals to ensure all opportunities are fully considered
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts
Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Communications or relevant field
25 years of sales experience, with proven success driving new business in customerfacing sales roles
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
Strong negotiating skills, combined with ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure of deadline
