We are a worldwide recognized bubble tea franchise.

We are current hiring the Team Leader (Head Barista) position for our multiple store locations within Calgary:

~You can oversee store operations during your shift, and ensure exceptional customer service while creating a positive and fun environment.
All Employees hired will go through initial basic training .

Assist in day-to-day operation which include (but not limited to) cook, prepare and service various type of bubble tea beverages to customers.

Ensure the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are followed while making the beverages.
Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.
Manage team member performance through coaching and counseling team members.
Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

including weekdays, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
