You as a Project Coordinator, Design Build will:

Provide support to the Project Manager in pursuing Alternative Delivery projects and Preconstruction services
Manage the flow of multiple proposals from beginning to end for the RFP and RFQ process.
Coordinate drawings, narratives, and visual presentations for the design presentation meetings
Direct and control proposal activities under the direction of Project Managers and the Director of Design Build
Analyze the bid requirements and compliance against the proposal outline
Oversee proposal activities, including directing proposal personnel, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, developing proposal outline and compliance matrix, and monitoring the progress of the proposal
Liaise directly with the design team, the consultant team, the trade contractors, and other members of the project team regularly.
Assist in the process of obtaining the required security designation for new projects

Is this the right role for you?

You have two years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
You have a Constructionrelated degree/Diploma.
You have a working knowledge of design coordination amongst multiple disciplines, including typical standards, practices, and procedures.
You can conceptualize drawings and identify potential construction conflicts.
You have technical knowledge of Electrical, Communications, Mechanical, Architectural, and Power Supply and Distribution System design is an asset.
