- As a Manager in our Oracle practice, you'll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset by:
Managing the delivery of various projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of quality work that meets client requirements and expectations.Conduct a thorough review of client deliverables ( all documentation) to ensure they are presented in accordance with our client's quality standards. Develop and maintain standard project documentation including; project plans, agendas, lists of tasks, deliverables and ensure adherence to company Project Management Standards and Software Development best practices.Managing resources effectively, including onshore and offshore by coordinating across teams to ensure adequate staffing levels and skillsets to meet project needs.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.Proactively work with project team to create and maintain the Risk Register, Issues Log, Actions and DecisionsGenerate regular reports for senior management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and impacted parties are appropriately engaged.Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables.Experience working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders. What you bring to the role - Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.
- Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is a strong asset.
- PMI certification is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager, functional lead or technical lead for projects to implement, upgrade and support Oracle ERP or other ERP solutions. Cloud computing experience is a strong asset.
- Experience in different roles at different stages of HCM product implementation projects is a strong asset.
- Proven experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Clarizen, etc.
- Good team player able to manage conflict in a rapidly changing environment.
- Solid organizational skills, good respect for others and ability to adapt to change.
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills (English and French (preferably)).
