The opportunity:

Reporting to the VP - Investor Relations and Sustainability, s/he will provide support for internal and external reporting purposes

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with monitoring Analyst Research Coverage including a review of research reports, and updating analyst coverage reports as needed.
Helping with the preparation of marketing materials: collecting data for, assisting with design, and revising the content of presentations.
Supporting with the markup and review of various disclosure items and reports including Leasing Report, Annual Information Form, Management's Discussion and Analysis, Annual Report, Information Circular, and others as required.
Collecting and organizing market research reports on a quarterly basis.
Assisting with the preparation of CEO/CFO marketing trips, including providing a list of investors, presentation information, feedback, etc.
Helping with all aspects of GRESB submission, including gathering and analysis of data and the submission process.
Providing assistance with the analysis and reporting of property and portfolio level consumption (energy, water, and waste) for ESG reports.
Supporting ongoing and special projects relating to Yardi and the entry of information property and market rent information as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Technical qualifications:

Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent with a focus on Finance.
Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
Extremely wellorganized and with a high level of attention to detail.
Analytical thinker.
Commercial real estate or capital markets experience/knowledge is considered an asset.
