The opportunity:
Reporting to the VP - Investor Relations and Sustainability, s/he will provide support for internal and external reporting purposes
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with monitoring Analyst Research Coverage including a review of research reports, and updating analyst coverage reports as needed.
- Helping with the preparation of marketing materials: collecting data for, assisting with design, and revising the content of presentations.
- Supporting with the markup and review of various disclosure items and reports including Leasing Report, Annual Information Form, Management's Discussion and Analysis, Annual Report, Information Circular, and others as required.
- Collecting and organizing market research reports on a quarterly basis.
- Assisting with the preparation of CEO/CFO marketing trips, including providing a list of investors, presentation information, feedback, etc.
- Helping with all aspects of GRESB submission, including gathering and analysis of data and the submission process.
- Providing assistance with the analysis and reporting of property and portfolio level consumption (energy, water, and waste) for ESG reports.
- Supporting ongoing and special projects relating to Yardi and the entry of information property and market rent information as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Technical qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent with a focus on Finance.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Extremely wellorganized and with a high level of attention to detail.
- Analytical thinker.
- Commercial real estate or capital markets experience/knowledge is considered an asset.
