Seeking a dynamic, responsible and experienced
Bartender/General Helper to join our Camp Services team in Blue River. This position works on rotation of 14days on/14 days off.

Responsibilities:

Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks consistent with the standard drink recipes.
Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system.
Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to bar supervisor.
Provide guest courtesy when appropriate
Knowledgeable with the equipment that you are required to use
Maintain a healthy, safe and sanitized work area
Demonstrate a professional attitude toward all company health, safety and environment initiatives
Other duties as assigned by management from time to time

Qualifications

Food Safe/ Food Sanitation Certification
Serving it Right
Be of legal age in province.

- +2 years experience as Bartender in the hotel/restaurant

This position has been identified as safety sensitive and will require completion of a pre-employment alcohol & drug test.
