We would like to invite you to become a part of our Technician Team:

Responsibilities:

Installation, service, and ongoing maintenance of office product equipment usually within a specified area in a timely and costeffective manner
Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience
Responding to service calls promptly and efficiently
Provide excellent onsite service by promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Toshiba service and products
Maintaining an accurate car stock, company materials and tools
Hours of work will be 8:00am 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

Beginner to experienced repair and maintenance of photocopiers and MFP devices
Demonstrates technical troubleshooting abilities with good mechanical aptitude
Proficient technical skills and basic electronics knowledge including electromechanical
Strong customer service skills both verbal and written with the ability to follow up to ensure closure of all issues
Must be a team player with excellent communication skills and time management
Must have good computer skills and literacy
Knowledge of digital copiers and basic network knowledge is an asset
PC Application proficiency and or Networking fundamentals
Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle
