This is an inoffice role
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40lbs
Must be comfortable writing, proofreading, checking detail is accurate. Also need extremely strong speaking, writing, reading, skills.
This role would be responsible for assisting in product launches, ensuring that this material is accurate.
Must be comfortable with technology and with learning new technology

What You'll Do

Job Description Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Event Support assist with event logistics for internal and external events, kickoffs offs, and similar events by cocreating presentation materials, slides, shipping and receiving, ordering food and beverage.
Websites & Social Media
Update the National website. Populate the FIRST Canada Social media channels and report on analytics
Preparing/updating sell sheets, collateral, and marketing material.
Ensure the file drive and salesforce are updated with current versions of marketing material.
Assist in creating gotomarket support for new product launches
Uploading new and updated marketing assets to shared library and sales force
Track invoices and budget expenditures
Coordinate packages and courier services (assemble gift bags, etc.)
Coordinate, track, and organize promotional material and inhouse inventory
Compile and share monthly/quarterly marketing reporting
Supports the Marketing Managers with the daily intake of new requests as well as overall maintenance and tracking of deliverables and archival when complete.

Training / Education / Experience Qualifications:

Have or working toward a degree in a communications, marketing, advertising, or related fields
Experience working in a fastpaced marketing, office administrative, or related
