The company's headquarters is located in Vancouver, Canada, at the Crystal Square in Burnaby, with four branches established at the Aberdeen Square in Richmond.

Starting from 2020, due to various reasons, going abroad (for studying or immigrating) is on the rise, and it is expected to experience explosive growth in the next 5-10 years.

As the company's business and projects expand rapidly to meet the growing demand, our team is looking for an experienced and excellent "Immigration Legal Assistant" to join our Canbridge study abroad and immigration family.


Responsibilities:

Responsible for collecting customer information and following up on progress.

Document management, data compilation, and customer information recording.

Research on policy, practices, cases, and decisions.

Prepare and provide contracts and agreements.

Ability to summarize successful cases, gather the latest information, and edit using new media software.


Collaborate with graphic designers to create core project promotional materials for the company (including but not limited to corporate promotional materials: brochures, flyers, online promotional materials: banners, landing pages, offline promotional materials: tablecloths, pull-up banners, etc.), optimize PowerPoint presentations, and create standardized products.

Assist in converting initial customer inquiries into contracts, follow up, organize, distribute, and track sales conversion status.


Job Requirements:


At least 1 year of relevant experience in the immigration industry; preference given to those who have completed CCIC courses.


Proficient in the characteristics of North American immigration and study abroad programs, familiar with various provinces in Canada (PNP), federal immigration policies (Express Entry, AFIP, AIP, RNIP, SUV, C11, ICT), strong learning ability, high market sensitivity, ability to analyze and grasp industry market trends correctly, and preference given to those with local employer resources.

Comprehensive expansion of the company's immigration and study abroad core business modules, management, and promotion of related projects.

Familiar with conventional visa and approval requirements (small and large visas, U.S. visas, family reunion, accompanying study visas, work visas, LMIA, provincial nominations, entrepreneurial visas, etc.).

Familiar with major Canadian study-to-immigration programs, including BC, Manitoba, Ontario, Atlantic provinces, etc.

Understanding of European permanent residency (Greece, Portugal, Malta, Turkey), passport programs (Turkey, St. Lucia, Grenada, Vanuatu), U.S.

EB1A Outstanding Talent, EB5 Investment Immigration, as well as the ability to provide advice and planning for services ranging from settling down, asset allocation, children's education, admission guarantees to top private schools, and advice and planning for studying in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc., and having experience in completing most of the entire project process.


Have extensive experience and the ability to customize immigration and study abroad plans for company consultants based on different customer situations.


Responsible for establishing and connecting customer acquisition channels, maintaining customer and channel resources, and exploring potential customers based on existing resources.

Build long-term good relationships with customers, deepen emotional connections with customers, establish first-class customer satisfaction, and increase customer referrals.


Bachelor's degree or above, with IELTS score of 7 or higher in both Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, clear logical thinking.

Attention to detail, strong ability to handle pressure, good communication skills, and service-oriented mindset.

Good document categorization and management skills.

Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive, and Dropbox.


[Work Location]
Aberdeen Square, 2nd floor store in Times Square or 2nd floor store in Crystal Square.

Normal working hours are 5 days a week, 10 am to 6 pm. Flexibility in work hours and location is preferred, with the ability to handle work pressure and business travel.

Excellent regional managers have the opportunity for job rotation or training in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia, and can enter the core management team with diverse promotion channels.
